David grew up in Forsyth County, North Carolina, and initially moved to the Triangle area to obtain degrees in Physics and Law. Since 2014, David has conducted thousands of commercial and residential title searches across North Carolina. He enjoys working with the attorneys at Midtown and being a resource to resolve the many unique title issues that get between our clients and their goals.

David also serves in his local church and on the Holly Springs Board of Adjustment. In his downtime, he enjoys playing Texas Hold ‘Em, enjoying a dinner out with his wife, and doing yard work at home with his two sons.
