Jeff was born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina. Prior to law school, Jeff served in the North Carolina Army National Guard as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician where he had the opportunity to serve in Afghanistan. Jeff holds degrees from East Carolina University and Campbell University. He enjoys serving clients resolve land use and zoning obstacles, as well as real property litigation disputes.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
